We service the Videojet 1000 series. We sell, exchange, and install modules (core) for Videojet 1210, 1220, 1510, 1520, 1610, 1620 models.
Depending on the Videojet model, the printer’s operating time can be 6000 working hours for the VJ1210, 9000 working hours for the VJ1220 model, and the VJ1610 version can operate for 1200 working hours. We offer compatible ink modules for these models, as well as suitable inks. The most common are V411-D inks and V706-D thinners, slightly less common are V410-D and V705-D consumable materials.
We service the Domino AX series. We sell, exchange, and install modules for Domino AX series, Domino I-Tech printers.
Older Domino models did not use ink modules, such as A100, A200 Classic models, A series +, Domino printers AGP120 or AGP220 use a simple filter system, which allows changing one filter at a time or similar. Later printer series – A series I-TECH or the new AX series including AX-150i, AX350i, or AX550i already use ink modules called I-tech module or ITM module. They allow the printer to be used for one year regardless of how much the printer has worked during that time (whether 1 hr. or 8000 hrs.). This is the main difference in the operation of Videojet and Domino printers. Therefore, customers should be aware of this.
Since this spring, we have started offering our clients Domino modules that can work for 3 years, of course, the working hours are limited to 3000 hrs. But as you understand, the module is a set of filters filled with inks. The ink ages (filters clog) and loses its properties, which affects performance, poorer writing quality, etc. Therefore, time is a limiting factor.
The most commonly used I-TECH inks are 2BK006 or 2BK009, 2BK024, and food-grade 4RD006.
For the new AX series printers, we can offer 2BK106, 2BK153, 2BK124.
